VPN Quick Start

Follow the steps from creating a username to importing the subscription, connecting to a route, and checking the result. This guide covers only the core steps needed for first use; troubleshooting and advanced settings are documented separately.

No email address required 120+ countries / 240+ routes Unlimited devices 14-day no-questions-asked refund

Account setup

Create an account and open the panel

Start by opening the VPNBi account creation page. You only need to set a username and password, and no email address is required. Use a combination you can remember long-term without reusing credentials from another website, since the username is used to access the user panel and the password protects your orders and subscription details. Before submitting, check that the username is complete and store the password securely. Browser autofill can reduce typing errors later, but do not save login details on a public device.

After account creation, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. When you can see the account overview, plans, and client download entry points, the account is ready to use. It is normal not to have an available subscription yet; subscription details appear after an active order is created. Do not create a blank configuration in a client or copy links from unknown sources. Choose a plan directly in the VPNBi user panel next.

If you remain on the same page after submitting, check the message near the username or password fields and confirm that both password entries match. Repeatedly clicking submit will not fix an input error; correct it according to the page instructions and continue. If the page does not load properly, see Frequently Asked Questions for basic account and connection guidance. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel.

Order setup

Choose a plan and place your order

After signing in, open the plans section and decide whether a monthly subscription or data package better matches your usage. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. For regular use, choose the tier that matches your estimated monthly data rather than judging only by price.

Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who want to control how long their data lasts. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are measured differently, so confirm the selected type in the plan details before ordering. Do not compare monthly-reset data with never-expiring data as though they were the same.

Once you have chosen a plan, select it in the panel and open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, price, and data allowance, then choose an available method—Alipay, WeChat, or USDT—to complete payment. After paying, return to the panel. Do not rely only on the payment page to determine whether the service is active; confirm that the plan status has updated in your order list or account overview. All plans support unlimited devices, but the subscription link is personal account data and should not be given to unrelated people.

If the order status has not updated, keep the payment result and do not create duplicate orders repeatedly. Return to the order list and refresh the status; if questions remain, submit the order details through a ticket. VPNBi offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund, subject to the on-site terms and order record. Once the active plan appears in the account overview, continue to the next step and get your subscription.

Configuration delivery

Get your subscription in the user panel

After the plan becomes active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows the current service status and the subscription entry point for client import. When you click Copy, use the success message on the page as confirmation. If the browser has not granted clipboard access, select the full link manually and copy it. Subscription links are often long, so make sure the beginning, end, and parameters in the middle are all included.

A subscription link is not a public download address; it is personal data tied to your account configuration. Do not post the real link in chat groups, forums, screenshots, or public documents, and do not submit it to so-called online conversion sites. To recognize the format in this guide, you can refer to the obvious placeholder https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example cannot connect to any service and contains no real account information.

After copying the link, you do not need to open it directly in the browser address bar. Instead, open the client download area in the user panel, get the client for your device, and use the client’s “Import from link,” “Add subscription,” or equivalent option. Opening the link in a browser may only display text or trigger a download; that does not mean the configuration has been added to the client.

If no subscription entry appears in the overview, first return to the orders section and confirm that the plan is active. Then check that you are signed in to the same account used for the order. Do not keep creating new accounts, because the order and subscription remain with the original account. If the order is active but the subscription is still missing, follow the subscription update section in Troubleshooting, or submit the order status, client platform, and page message through a ticket.

Device setup

Complete client import by platform

Interface labels vary by system, but the import logic is the same: get the VPNBi client or platform guide from the user panel, add the subscription link, and run a configuration update. After the update, the client should show a list of available routes. If you still see a blank home screen, the link may not have been saved, the configuration may not have updated, or you may not be viewing the subscription management page.

Windows

On Windows, sign in to the user panel and open the client download area to get the desktop client. After installation, open the client and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL” in the main menu or configuration manager. Paste the complete link you copied into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, and save it.

After saving, run the update and wait for the route list to appear in the client. When you see region or route names, choose one and return to the main screen to connect. If the client says the subscription is empty, copy the link from the panel again instead of manually editing its parameters. If the update button does nothing, close the current edit window, reopen the configuration manager, and try again.

macOS

On macOS, get a compatible desktop client or the relevant installation guide from the user panel. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration access, which the client needs to create the system connection. After following the system prompt, choose Add Remote Configuration in the client’s configuration list, paste the subscription link, and save it.

Then click Update or Refresh Configuration and confirm that the route list appears. If macOS blocks the client from opening, follow the current macOS security prompt to approve it; do not look for installation files on pages outside VPNBi. After importing, a client status entry may appear in the menu bar, where you can choose a route and connect. Button locations vary, but the verification method remains the same.

Android

On Android, open the user panel to find the client entry and installation instructions. In the client, open the configuration or subscription manager and choose to add a configuration by link. Long-press the input area to paste the complete subscription link, save it, and run an update. The first connection displays a network access permission prompt; approve it so the client can establish the connection.

After the configuration update finishes, return to the route list, choose the desired region, and start the connection from the main screen. If the pasted link is missing its ending, check the copied content in a plain-text input field and paste it again; do not type a long link manually. Some systems restrict clients running continuously in the background. If the connection drops after switching apps, see mobile background disconnect troubleshooting.

iOS

The way to get an iOS client differs from desktop systems, so follow the App Store instructions in the user panel’s client download area. After installing the appropriate client, find Add Subscription or Remote Configuration in the app, paste the link copied from the panel, and confirm the import. On the first connection, iOS will ask for permission to add a network configuration; approve it before continuing.

After a successful import, run a subscription update and check for the route list. If the app says it cannot recognize the link format, copy it again from the panel instead of opening it in a browser and copying the page content. In-app purchases and VPNBi plans are separate orders; always manage plan selection and renewal in the VPNBi user panel.

Verification

Connect to a route and verify activation

After importing, choose a region suited to your target in the client’s route list, then return to the main screen and click Connect. On first use, avoid switching rapidly between multiple routes. Establish one complete connection first so it is easier to identify whether an issue is related to import, authorization, or access. Once the client shows “Connected” or an equivalent status, open the browser or target app to verify access.

During verification, open the website or service you actually need to access, reload the page, and check whether it opens normally. If the target app was already running before the connection, fully quit and reopen it so it creates a new network session. For a browser page that has been open for a long time, use a new tab to avoid old cache making the result appear unchanged.

If the client shows Connected but the webpage still will not open, switch to another available route in the same region and reload the target page. Do not change the client, browser, system network, and multiple app settings at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify what affected the result. If there is still no access, follow the connected but webpages will not open procedure. If only one app is affected, see troubleshooting for an app that cannot use the proxy.

If browsing speed after connecting is below expectations, first confirm that the route region matches the target service and close sync or download tasks using substantial bandwidth. Evening usage, wireless quality, and the target service’s own status can all affect results; this page does not cover each diagnosis. For a systematic check of slow speeds, frequent disconnections, or DNS issues, open the complete Troubleshooting guide and follow the relevant symptoms.

Ongoing use

Keep your subscription and client configuration in sync

After the first connection is complete, daily use usually requires only opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. When the route list changes, run an update in the client’s subscription manager; there is no need to delete the account or place a new order. If an update fails, first confirm that the plan is still active, then copy the subscription link from the panel again. Creating multiple duplicate configurations can make it easy to select an outdated route.

When changing devices, sign in to the same account, reopen the client download area from the user panel, and get the subscription again. VPNBi supports unlimited devices, so you do not need a separate account for each device. For easier maintenance, use the same clear name for the configuration in different clients, but never put the real subscription link in public notes or screenshots.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and upgrades during the term prorate the price difference by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. If your allowance differs from expectations, first check whether you purchased a monthly subscription or a data package, then review the order record and account overview. For order status, refunds, or payment results, rely on the panel record and ticket response.

The basic workflow is now complete. If a problem occurs later, there is no need to repeat account creation and purchasing from the beginning. First identify whether the issue concerns the account, subscription update, client import, route connection, or access from a single app, then open the relevant documentation. For quick answers, see Frequently Asked Questions; for a complete decision process, use Troubleshooting.

Basic Q&A

First-use FAQs

What do I need to prepare before creating an account?

No email address is required; set a username and password to create the account. Use the username to sign in to the user panel, store the password separately, and avoid reusing it on other websites.

Why are there no routes in the client after payment?

After payment, confirm the plan status in the user panel, copy the subscription link, and import and update it through the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Payment alone does not add routes to a client that has not been configured.

Can I open the subscription link directly in a browser?

This is not recommended. Paste the subscription link into the client’s subscription import screen and update the configuration there. It is personal configuration data and should not be shared publicly.

Do I need to choose a plan again when I change devices?

Active plans support unlimited devices. On a new device, sign in to the original account and get the client for the relevant platform and the subscription from the user panel; there is no need to create another account.
