Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNBi. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNBi provides cross-border network access for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 120+ countries / 240+ routes. The service is intended to improve international connection quality, access international websites, and use compatible network applications. Available routes, client access points, subscription status, and traffic balance are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the time.

Network conditions, target website policies, access conditions in the user's location, and changes to third-party services may affect actual connection results. VPNBi may adjust nodes and access methods for route maintenance, security risks, or resource allocation, but such adjustments will not change the traffic rules of an active plan.

Account and Subscription Usage Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription imports, route connections, plan actions, and support requests made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and stop distributing the existing subscription information.

The service allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for reasonable use by the account holder only. Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred. Subscription information may not be publicly shared with unspecified people, and personal subscriptions may not be split for commercial resale. Users are responsible for access issues, traffic usage, or account risks caused by voluntarily disclosing their credentials.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and service-use location, and are responsible for network activity conducted through their accounts. The service may not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, disrupt network operations, or pursue other unlawful purposes.

Users may not consume network resources through automated requests, unusual concurrency, malicious scanning, or other activity clearly beyond normal personal use. If such conduct affects route stability, security, or other users' normal connections, VPNBi may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose a plan according to your expected usage before purchase. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the actual order status and activated benefits are determined by the records in the user panel.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Submit refund requests through the support ticket entry in the user panel so the account, order, and payment records can be verified. Requests outside the applicable period are not covered by this refund commitment. If an order has an unusual status, users may provide the relevant records in a ticket for review.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNBi performs route maintenance, fault handling, and necessary security adjustments. However, cross-border connections depend on multiple factors, including local carriers, international links, end-user systems, and target services. VPNBi therefore makes no fixed promise of continuous access to any specific route, location, or third-party website. Planned maintenance or unexpected faults may temporarily change or interrupt some routes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNBi is not liable beyond the scope required by law for losses caused by user device configurations, external network failures, third-party service changes, infrastructure events beyond its control, or violations of these terms by the user. Users should keep important data backed up and prepare suitable alternative connection methods for critical activities.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account is used unlawfully, for commercial resale, public subscription sharing, disruption of service operations, evasion of normal billing procedures, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNBi may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account. Any action will be based on the need to protect route security, preserve normal use for other users, and fulfill necessary obligations.

VPNBi may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule updates. Revised content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If a user disagrees with the revisions, they may stop using the service and submit an applicable request under the refund terms.
