Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNBi handles user-related data when providing subscription services, website features, and network acceleration services. Data is processed only when necessary to create accounts, deliver subscriptions, verify orders, maintain service security, handle user requests, and improve the site.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required to register for VPNBi; a username and password are sufficient. The registration process handles the username selected by the user and a securely processed password credential for account identification, login verification, and protection against unauthorized access. An email address is not required for registration, and VPNBi does not request one to create an account.

When a user purchases or uses a subscription service, the system stores plan details, order records, payment status, aggregated traffic usage, subscription validity, and refund request records. This information is used to deliver purchased services, calculate available traffic, process plan upgrades, verify transactions, and resolve billing disputes. Aggregated traffic usage is used only to manage account allowances, not to analyze specific browsing content.

When you visit this site, the server may process basic technical data such as page requests, browser and device type, network address, error information, and access times. This data is used to troubleshoot page failures, identify unusual requests, maintain site security, and produce aggregate visit statistics that are not aimed at individual browsing behavior.

Network Services and No-Logs Policy

VPNBi follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through network acceleration connections, search queries, communications, or transferred files, nor does it build personal browsing activity profiles from such data. Account status, aggregated remaining traffic, and subscription validity required to operate the service are handled separately from specific browsing content.

After a connection session ends, VPNBi does not retain destination addresses, content requests, DNS queries, or timelines that could reconstruct personal browsing activity as historical connection logs linked to an account. Temporary operational information generated to address an immediate connection failure or service security incident is used only as needed for the relevant technical purpose. It is deleted or separated from the account once that purpose is complete.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site may use Cookies and browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. These data allow users to remain signed in after navigating between pages, continue using their chosen language, and help the system identify unusual logins or duplicate submissions. Some local data can be cleared through browser settings, but doing so may require signing in again or selecting preferences again.

Identifiers used for visit analytics serve only site operation analysis, error diagnosis, and security maintenance. If a browser restricts Cookies or local storage, public content remains readable, but account login, panel state, and some interactive features may not persist normally.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNBi supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. Payment credentials submitted to that service are governed by its own privacy policy and security rules. VPNBi generally receives the transaction status, order amount, payment channel, and transaction reference needed to confirm payment, deliver a subscription, and resolve billing issues.

VPNBi does not access other information in a third-party payment account for site analytics or network acceleration purposes. Before choosing a payment method, users should review the privacy terms published by the relevant payment service and confirm that its data practices meet their needs.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are kept as necessary to complete transaction reconciliation, financial processing, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable rules. Site visit data and temporary operational information are retained only until security analysis, troubleshooting, or statistical purposes are complete, then deleted or converted into aggregate information that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through the ticket function in the user panel. After receiving a request, VPNBi first verifies account ownership and then processes data eligible for deletion. If some order information must be retained temporarily for a transaction dispute, refund processing, security investigation, or applicable rule, its use will be restricted and it will be deleted or anonymized once the reason for retention ends. Deleting an account may make unused subscription status and panel data unrecoverable.

Policy Updates and User Choices

VPNBi may revise this policy when service processes, website features, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Significant changes involving data categories, processing purposes, or user rights will be explained through site pages or the user panel.

Before continuing to use the service, users can review the updated content. If you have questions about data processing or need to exercise rights such as access, correction, or deletion, you can submit a ticket through the user panel. Requests related to an account or order should be submitted from the corresponding account so that the necessary identity verification can be completed.
